Shaking before each use is the best way to keep the pump functioning consistently, as well as tapping the bottle against a hard surface. If that doesn't work, then unscrewing the top and clearing the pump by pressing it all the way down several times can help.
If the above suggestions don't work (or only fix the issue temporarily), we'll be happy to send you a replacement pump at no charge.
Replacement pumps are always free, though for orders more than 90 days old, we just ask that you cover the shipping cost. This allows our smallbusiness to continue offering free replacement pumps when they are needed.
