Replacement Pump Request
We always replace pumps at no charge!
Shaking before each use is the best way to keep the pump functioning consistently, as well as tapping the bottle against a hard surface. If that doesn't work, then unscrewing the top and clearing the pump by pressing it all the way down several times can help.
If the above suggestions don't work (or only fixes the issue temporarily), please proceed with the following.
Simply email anna@myhairdance.com with subject line 'Replacement Pump', your order number, and your shipping info (Name & Address).
We will get a replacement out to you within 48 hours of receiving your email!
